I know I sound like a breathless schoolgirl when I talk about this band, but I feel like it bears repeating. As Jason said, “The Scissor Sisters album is, in fact, delicious.” The outro of “Better Luck” will soon join the ranks of “Knowing Me, Knowing You” and “Something About You” when it wins the Nobel Prize for Pop Song Guitar Licks.

R.I.P. Love Shack. My theory is that it burned down because Fred Schneider is so flaming.

Have you ever found yourself completely absorbed by a total stranger’s blog, and maybe not for the best of reasons? I’ve been unable to stop reading this one. It’s written by a phenomenally insecure drama queen who obsesses constantly over her ex-boyfriend and uses big words without first determining what they mean. It’s so, so bad, and yet so addictive.
