New math
This is simultaneously the most entertaining and infuriating thing I’ve heard in a long time.
I suck at math, but apparently not as much as five separate customer service reps at Verizon, because even I can figure this out.

OMG!!!!! That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!!! I honestly want an elementary school teacher to go to Verizon and teach those dumb ass reps some MATH!!!

Cellphones piss me off. I hate the people that have one in their ear while they’re supposed to be driving. I dispise the person at the ballpark that is yapping on their cellie when I am trying to enjoy the game. I don’t care if their wife/mom/other saw their ugly mug on TV either. Put down the phone and let me watch the game without your play by play.
